What are the payment options?
We gladly accept all major credit cards through the website or PayPal. You also have the option to pay through CashApp as well as Zelle.
What is your return policy?
All sales will be final and there are no refunds allowed as each item is unique and custom to order. If you have any dissatisfaction with your order please email us and we will try to resolve all issues.
When will I receive my order?
Once payment is received then we will start to create and personalizing your order. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Sunday is excluded from processing time. You will receive notification via email once your order is shipped.
Do you sell gift cards?
Gift cards of any amount are available and are delivered electronically to the recipient. A receipt is also delivered to the payee upon delivery to the recipient.
I want to submit a picture of an item I want you to create. How do I handle this?
